Wingbury Business Village is in a great location in the countryside yet close to Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard. Good landlord, good internet and a good communal spirit on site. We spent over 12 years there and only moved out because we had to relocate the business. We would thoroughly recommend it is a great location for any business.Paul Rubens
“We’ve already moved once at Wingbury Courtyard into larger offices. James Henderson could not have been more helpful in assisting us with our expansion plans. He has helped us enormously with some logistics issues we were having being in a first floor office.
There is a great feel good factor of having our offices at the farm. Clients visiting for the first time are quite envious of the surroundings we have.
The whole site is well maintained and our new office were upgraded with new energy efficient LED lighting before we moved in.
We cannot speak more highly of the estate”Steve Gayler
“I have known James Henderson since becoming a tenant in 1987. I have the highest regard for his honesty and integrity I consider myself very fortunate to run my enterprise from Wingbury Courtyard Business Village. The setting makes it a pleasure to come to work each day.
From uncertain beginnings there are now many highly renowned companies operating from this site. I believe in excess of 100 people must work from here each day with the added benefit of not having to journey into congested towns.
The site is superbly maintained and has good links to Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Milton Keynes and London or Birmingham via local rail services.”
“James made it really simple to move in. The office was spotless, the contract was in plain English and James was on site if we had any issues, however small.
The site is always maintained to the highest of standards and James is constantly improving things using his green credentials by installing low energy alternatives, providing recycling facilities as well as the huge solar panels NASA would be proud of.
Eventually we outgrew the site and had to move but we will miss James.”Stuart Brooke
