Recently we have been upgrading lighting in the vacant units to use energy efficient LED lighting, we have our large solar panels generating
power for the site, and have recently invested in a fork lift truck should you have larger deliveries arriving.
Our available office spaces range from approximately 100 Sq FT single rooms to the largest of 3600 Sq FT double storey.
CAT 5 cabling is standard in the offices with patch panels and either skirting or dado trunking. All of the commercial office space has broadband and plenty of spare telephone capacity.
The site offers ample on-site allocated parking both for clients and their visitors. We have also recently installed a new cycle shed in one of the car parks.
All office spaces have interconnecting security fire doors, so upgrading and downsizing can be overcome. The majority of the offices have burglar alarms already fitted. The entire site is protected by a 24 Hour CCTV security system that is connected to the main site office, and the landlord lives on site.
There is night lighting which covers all of the office buildings as well as the car parks, with steel automatic security gates that protect the site after working hours.
The offices all have air conditioning heat exchangers, which provide warm air during the winter and cold air during the summer. All offices are fully carpeted with suspended ceilings and CAT 2 lighting. Each office has double glazed UPVC windows fitted.
Small kitchens serve the office units complete with male and female private W.C’s.
